We typically work closely with aged care facilities managers and village managers in the aged care sector to help them ensure that all facets of their facilities remain operational and well presented for their residents.

We understand the goals, needs and frustrations of facilities managers and village managers in aged care. For facilities managers, that means helping them maximise occupancy and efficiency in turnover of units while staying within their allocated budget.

For village managers, it means giving them all they need from a building and facilities perspective so they can deliver fantastic resident experiences that add value to individual dwellings and community grounds, reassuring the residents' families that they are being well taken care of.

All Revive Building Solutions employees and contractors are subject to police checks and working with children and vulnerable persons checks before they enter aged care facilities. They are also required to have flu vaccinations annually and have completed specialist COVID-19 WHS training to keep our staff and our vulnerable clients safe. Our people also hold all relevant trade licences and are fully insured. As a company, our WHS and QMS systems have been externally audited and certified by CM3 and Sodexo.
